- For your convenience, we recommend that clients arrange their own taxi to reach Leh hotel. Once you arrive at Leh, please make your way to the designated hotel, where our team will be ready to welcome you. We can provide guidance on trusted taxi services if needed, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey to the hotel. Spend the day acclimatizing to Leh's high altitude. Take a light walk around Leh Market, or, if you feel comfortable, visit Leh Palace for panoramic views of the town.

- After breakfast, embark on a local sightseeing tour of Leh. Visit the Shanti Stupa, a white-domed structure offering breathtaking views of Leh town. Explore the Leh Palace, a former royal palace. Next, head towards the Magnetic Hill, where vehicles appear to defy gravity, and stop at Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, a peaceful Sikh temple. Conclude the day with a visit to the Hall of Fame, a museum honoring the Indian Army.

- Start your ride by ascending to Khardung La, one of the world’s highest motorable passes. After crossing the pass, descend into the beautiful Nubra Valley. Visit the Diskit Monastery, home to a gigantic Maitreya Buddha statue. Later, explore the Hunder Sand Dunes, where you can enjoy a camel ride on the unique double-humped Bactrian camels.

- Today, ride along the scenic and adventurous Shyok River route to reach the magnificent Pangong Lake. The journey will take you through rugged mountain terrain and small Ladakhi villages. Upon reaching Pangong Lake, witness its mesmerizing blue waters changing colors under the sunlight. The lake extends from India into Tibet and is one of the highest saltwater lakes in the world.

Hanle is a peaceful, off-the-beaten-path village with a serene atmosphere and clear night skies.

- Today is one of the most challenging and exhilarating days of the tour. Ride to Umling La Pass, the highest motorable road in the world at an altitude of 19,024 feet. The ascent to Umling La is demanding, with extreme altitudes and rugged terrain, but the panoramic views from the top are breathtaking. After reaching the summit, ride back to Hanle for a relaxing evening.

- Highlights: Puga Valley, Hot Springs, Thiksey Monastery
- Ride back to Leh through the beautiful and isolated Puga Valley, known for its geothermal springs and stunning landscapes. En route, visit Thiksey Monastery, one of the most picturesque monasteries in Ladakh. The monastery, perched on a hilltop, resembles the Potala Palace in Lhasa. Continue to Leh, where you can spend the evening at leisure.

Riding Gears
Tour Policies
- Advance Payment: Full payment or an advance must be made at the time of booking.
- Remaining Payment: The balance payment is required at least 15 days before the trip departure date.
- Booking Methods: Payments can be made via NEFT, RTGS, SWIFT, Bank Transfer, or Cash.
- GST Charges: A 5% GST (Service Tax) will be added to all bookings.
- Booking Deadline: The final date for booking is 10 days prior to the trip's departure.
- Seat Availability: Before making any online reservations, please verify the trip dates and seat availability by contacting our team via email or phone.
- TCS Applicability: For invoices above ₹2 lakhs, if any portion of the payment is made in cash (either at the counter or deposited into a bank), an additional 1% TCS will apply. A PAN card copy must also be provided.
- In case of trip or adventure activity cancellation due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, notification must be sent via email to info@ladakhmoto.com.
- Cancellation charges will apply from the date we receive the cancellation request by email. The charges are as follows:
- 30 days or more before departure: 90% of the total Land Package Cost will be refunded.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total Land Package Cost will be refunded.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the cancellation date.
Note:
- Cancellation charges are calculated on the total tour cost and depend on the date of departure and the date of cancellation.
- The Booking Amount is non-refundable.
No refunds will be granted in the following cases:
- For any missed or unused services during the tour, including meals, for any reason.
- If the tour services are modified, changed, cancelled, or not utilized.
- If the client cancels the tour due to any alterations in the itinerary or trip details.
- If the client is dissatisfied with any service provided during the tour.
- The sequence of the day-wise tour program or itinerary may be changed by Ladakhmoto without prior notice.
- The itinerary is subject to alterations due to traffic restrictions, weather conditions, flight changes, landslides, or other unforeseen travel-related events.
- In the event that the group tour is canceled by us due to unavoidable circumstances, we will either transfer your booking to another fixed departure trip or provide a full refund, excluding any flight charges.
- Ladakhmoto ensures the highest level of safety during its adventure programs. However, in the case of any accidents or unforeseen incidents, we are not liable for injuries or loss of life. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Leh only.
- All participants must sign an Indemnity Form before starting the program; failure to do so will result in the traveler being unable to join the adventure activities.
- The package price does not include personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, room service, alcohol, minibar charges, tips, porterage/offloading charges, monument entrance fees, camera fees, etc.
- Package rates are subject to change without notice due to Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather conditions, traffic delays, hotel or flight overbookings, cancellations or rerouting of flights, or entry restrictions at destinations. No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.
- All guests are required to carry valid photo identification (Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID). Note that a PAN card is not accepted as valid ID in many locations.
- For Rented Bike Option Rs.10,000 is the deposit Amount, which will be refunded back on the final day after completing trip.
- If you leave your bike at any place then deposit amount will not be refunded.
- Any damage/change of spare part will be payable by traveler directly.

Pre-Tour Preparation
- Fitness Check:nsure you are physically fit and capable of riding long distances in high-altitude terrain. Consult your doctor if necessary.
- Gear Up: Carry essential biking gear, including a certified helmet, riding jacket with armor, gloves, knee guards, and waterproof boots. Pack thermals, rain gear, and layers for varying weather conditions.
- Bike Condition: Inspect your bike (if bringing your own) thoroughly. Ensure brakes, tires, lights, and engine are in optimal condition.
- Documents: Keep your driving license, vehicle registration, insurance, pollution control certificate, and any permits provided by Ladakhmoto handy.
Group Riding Guidelines
- Follow the Leader: Stay behind the road captain, who ensures route safety and navigation. Do not overtake without explicit permission.
- Maintain Formation: Stick to the assigned riding order (staggered or single file, as instructed). This ensures visibility and minimizes risks.
- Safe Distance: Maintain a minimum distance of 10-15 meters from the bike ahead to allow reaction time.
- Communicate: Use agreed-upon hand signals or intercoms to indicate hazards, stops, or issues. Avoid sudden braking or swerving.
On the Road
- Speed Limit: Adhere to the speed limits decided by the group leader based on road and weather conditions.
- Checkpoints: Stop only at designated checkpoints or as instructed. This ensures no one gets separated.
- Fuel Stops: Refuel at every opportunity. Fuel stations are sparse in the Himalayas.
- Alertness: Watch out for loose gravel, water crossings, landslides, and wildlife. Slow down on blind curves.
- Avoid Night Riding: ride after sundown unless absolutely necessary, as Himalayan roads can be treacherous in low visibility.
Altitude and Health
- Acclimatization: Follow the acclimatization schedule planned by Ladakhmoto to prevent altitude sickness. Avoid rushing to high passes.
- Hydration: Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated but avoid alcohol and smoking, as they can exacerbate altitude issues.
- Recognize Symptoms: Inform the road captain immediately if you experience dizziness, nausea, headache, or breathlessness. Emergency oxygen and support will be provided.
Responsibility Towards the Environment
- No Littering: Dispose of waste responsibly. Use the garbage bags provided or carry trash to designated disposal points.
- Respect Nature: Avoid disturbing wildlife or damaging local flora. Do not honk unnecessarily.
- Support Locals: Respect local customs and communities, and purchase responsibly to support their livelihoods.
Emergency Protocols
- Breakdowns: If your bike has a mechanical issue, inform the mechanic or road captain immediately. The support vehicle will assist you.

- Backup: Stick close to the group at all times, especially in remote areas where connectivity is limited.
General Etiquette
- Punctuality: Be on time for departures, meals, and briefings. Delays affect the entire group.
- Positive Attitude: Cooperate with the team and other riders to maintain group harmony.
- Avoid Overpacking: Follow the luggage limits set by Ladakhmoto. Excessive baggage slows down the group and complicates logistics.
